Whether you’re looking for an emergency vet or your pet needs routine care, we thank you for entrusting your beloved companion’s care to us and promise to provide exceptional care to you and your pet.
We encourage you to fill out our New Patient Form before arrival to expedite the check-in process. You can download and complete this form at home, in bring it with you at the time of your pet’s appointment. Our goal is to make your first visit as convenient and pleasant as possible, so we’ve created the following list of frequently asked questions to help you better understand what to expect. What Services Do You Offer?
As a 24-hour vet, we specialize in urgent and emergency care. However, we also offer many general, non-emergency vet services. These services include wellness exams, dental care, boarding, surgery, spay and neuter services, and more. Please hover over the “Services” tab at the top of the page to view our services.
Do I Need to Make an Appointment?
We require appointments for boarding and prefer them for non-emergencies. You do not need to schedule an appointment if your pet needs to see one of our emergency vets in Orlando, but we encourage you to call ahead so we can prepare for your arrival.
What Should I Bring?
Please bring your pet’s medical records and any other relevant information from their previous/normal veterinarian. Be prepared to explain what’s happening and share your questions and concerns about your pet’s health or behavior. This helps us better understand the situation and provide the best possible care. We also ask that you bring your pet in on a leash or in a carrier.
What Is Your Payment Policy?
Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept all major credit/debit cards (must be signed by the card owner), checks, cash, pet insurance, and CareCredit®.
What Is CareCredit®?
CareCredit® is a credit-based program offering various options for financing your pet’s veterinary care. It allows you to make low monthly payments (3% of the total bill) for your pet’s veterinary care. Options include:
- Multiple financing options (6, 12, 18, and 24 months)
- No interest for six months on certain options
- No annual fee
You can apply for CareCredit® at home or in our office, where we will call your application in for immediate approval.
