Wanted to let everyone know how caring the staff is at this hospital. Last Saturday we lost our beloved ChiChi after 18 wonderful years, and being that it was late Saturday afternoon, and her Vet was already gone for the weekend. I called the ER and the staff member that answered was so gentle and kind in explaining what needed to be done (as I had no idea) and when my son in law arrived with out baby, they were so caring with our grief. We had Chichi cremated with Pet Angel thru the ER and we felt so blessed in the way everything was handled for her with their professionalism and compassion. Thank you so much Dr. Hassan and Staff!

I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciated your kindness and compassion when our family needed it.

 

On New Years Day, our family awoke to find our dog, Daisy, not able to move. She hadn't eaten in three days, and any food we offered she couldn't eat. She was 19 years old, and had been in our family for 14 of those years. We decided to put her to sleep.

 

We all said our goodbyes, and I took her to your office. Dr. Hassan and the entire staff was extremely kind and understanding

 

Even though I was too upset for words at the time, I just thought it was important to let you know that your professionalism was appreicated.

I don't know if you remember me, but you treated me last Saturday evening my owners brought me in with a limping right front paw. Just wanted to say THANK YOU ALL. The doctor and the staff were great. I was hard for me to carry Max my cat for 13 years at 3:00am last Thursday after he was attacked by a stray dog. He was breathing hard and I did not think he will make it but he did. He had to spend 1 day with Dr Hassan and he is doing very well now. I hope I never had to go through this again but it was great to find this place.

I recently heard of your 24 hr critical care pet hospital and cant tell you how thrilled I am to learn you are not too far from where I live with my 3 aging 13 yr old GSD's. In the past each time we had an emergency we have to drive to Satellite Row or to AVS in Maitland. It's wonderful to see that emergency facilities for pets are becoming more widespread. I cant thank you enough. Our pets mean so much to us and its so reassuring you are close in an emergency.

This clinic has state of the art medical equipment on site. All the tests needed to make a quick and accurate diagnosis can be done at the clinic with no delay. The staff is compassionate and knowledgable. Dr. Hassan has done surgery on one of my dogs and did a beautiful job removing a large tumor and there is no major scarring. Dr. Hassan also made a quick and accurate diagnosis of diabetes on another one of my dogs. He is a caring, compassionate, and well-educated vet. Since he also runs a clinic with his emergency hospital, we take all the pets to him for their yearly check ups. I have referred many people to his services because I trust they will get the best services for their pets.

Dr. Hassan,

 

While I greatly appreciate the hours of your clinic, what I am most happy with is the care and attention given both to my dogs and to me. Having all the latest lab and x-ray equipment on site has been fantastic. As I was lucky enough to find you at the time you opened your clinic I can say that I do see you staying current with new equipment. And I have always been impressed with the cleanliness of your center - and the lack of any smell.

 

You should let people know that you see pets for "regular" visits, and not just emergencies!

Thank you so much for the loving care you gave my Doberman a.k.a. "trouble". When I realized that my dog had jumped out of my car while I was driving to the dog park, was dragged by his leash for an unknown distance, and had shredded his paws on the highway, I was very upset. When the accident happened, it was a Sunday afternoon, but I knew that the pet hospital on White Rd would be open. When I arrived, we were immediately taken to an exam room and in less than 5 minutes Dr. Hassan had already administered pain medication and antibiotics. His calm demeanor let me, and also my pet know that everything would be OK. He did not take advantage of my emotions by suggesting unnecessary tests and did what needed to be done to ensure my baby's well being. Dr. Hassan and his staff are great with animals and I am glad to know they are always there when I need them to take care of my pets.

I volunteer for a local rescue group and we have had to yell Help more than once from this hospital. Everything is clean. Everyone is nice and caring too. The prices were fair. They provided a lot of care for the dogs. They even helped us save a lost yorkie. You see when you dog is wearing their rabies tag, and someone finds him - they called the vet at 2AM and this hospital answered the phone and called the registered owner. Nice extra service.

They are there when other vets have gone home, The west side of Orlando finally has their own emergency hospital. Nice thing is they have great hours ~~~24 of them. Keep up the great work. We are really glad you are here.

Last summer I was rescued on the 408 by the Allen family. Soon after I was very ill and my new mom and dad brought me to you in the middle of the night. I had a bug in my tummy, so you gave me medicine and watched me over me all night. I was very scared and not feeling well, but you took wonderful care of me. Since then you have been my doctor and friend.

I have worked in emergency vet medicine for 10+ years. So I don't take my dogs to just any vet as I know for a fact that not all vets are created equal. I heard about this clinic through another vet and he asked me if I knew anything about it. At the time I didnt but when I had a new puppy come into my house that was sick and it was after hours I decided to give them a visist. I was very impressed with the clinic, staff, and Dr. It was very refreshing to walk into an emergency clinic where you didnt feel condemned and at the mercy of the staff as they were your only option. I have been back to them on three other occasions. And again I dont take my dogs to any vet. It was so refreshing to know that they are available 24/7. You dont have to be at their clinic to pick up your pet before 7am to transfer them to your regular vet. This is fantastic and could be a factor that saves your animals life!! Fair prices--state of the art equipment-friendly helpful staff-educated Dr who talks to you not at you--can I say more!! I highly recommend this clinic not just for emergencies but as your pets primary veterinarian.

My little lab mix was very ill with pneumonia- for 36 hours we got the shuffle from OTHER vets- one provided day treatment than we would have to drive 45 minutes to get to another ER care for the night because no vet provided 24 hour monitored care, than I found out about the 24 hour ER clinic and took her to Dr Hassan immediately upon leaving day vet. Dr Hassan SAVED SOOKIES LIFE-- my little dog was near collapse when we arrived at Dr Hassan's office, she had respiratory rate of 96 per minute. Dr Hassan changed her course of treatment and immediately started aggressive treatment with oxygen, medication nebulizers, and 3 different IV antibiotics to cover many causes of the infection. When I saw her next day she was alert, eating abd she was not working so hard to breathe! I have been in healthcare for 25 years as a registered nurse-- the emergency treatment Sookie received was excellent-- she is alive because of Dr Hassan and his' staff. As far as the cost- well I had to keep asking was he charging for everything because 4 days of intensive care was so inexpensive- the daily charges were 1/3 of what the day vet was charging and Sookie was receiving more care as far as IV medications, nebulizer breathing treatments at Dr Hassan's ER clinic!! We live in county next to Orange now but we will make the drive out to Dr Hassan for continued care for all my pets as I do not trust any other vet but Dr Hassan--- he truly loves animals and if you want your pet to survive or have a chance to live you will take them here!
